We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, including Australia, New Zealand, the USA, Europe and Asia. There are no hidden fees — the price you see is the price you pay.

Showroom Availability
At this time, we do not have a physical showroom. All of our sinks are purchased online.
We’re confident you’ll love your sink, however if you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a money-back guarantee. Simply return the sink to us and we’ll take care of the rest.

How Do I Place an Order?
All orders can be placed directly through our website at uniquesinks.com.au.
If you have any questions before or after placing your order, please email uniquesinks@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

Shipping Timeframes
Each sink is individually made and carefully prepared for shipping.
Most orders are delivered in approximately 4 weeks. Product descriptions allow up to 6 weeks to account for any unforeseen delays beyond our control.

Guaranteed Safe Delivery
Your sink is fully protected during transit.
In the unlikely event that your sink arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge. Simply email a photo of the damaged sink to uniquesinks@gmail.com and we’ll organise a replacement — no questions asked.

Custom Colours
All of our Moroccan sinks can be customised to suit your colour scheme.
You’re welcome to provide colour swatches or references, and our artisans will match them as closely as possible.

Custom Designs & Shapes
Our Moroccan designs are flexible. Any design can be applied to a different Moroccan sink shape — for example, a rectangular design can be recreated on a round sink.
