Australian orders 5 to 10 business days. International orders 10 to 21 business days. Made-to-order items take longer and the lead time is noted on each product page.

If a sink arrives damaged or is not what you expected, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Minor colour and pattern variation is a natural feature of handmade pieces, not a defect.
